DELIVERY & SHIPPING
- Local shipping within USA and Canada takes 1-3 days depending on the state of the customer. (Overnight Delivery will require extra fee)
- International shipping to Europe, Asia, South America, North America takes 3-5 days
- Shipping to Australia, New Zealand and other Oceanic countries takes 7 days (1 week).

Our packaging system entails products being put in a well sophisticated vacuum plastic and the sealed in a carton. Other products which require temperature regulation are being maintained in their required temperature.
Package gets replaced if damage is caused by our delivery agents, also possible refund of funds if package can’t be replaced.
But if damaged by customer upon use, you can’t get a replacement.
In case of refund it will take 10 business days to get a refund.
